[RBASE-L] - Printing issues after upgrade

R:Base X.5, I just installed version 10.5.3.20513 and some existing reports I have are not printing properly. They preview as expected on the screen but when sent to a printer some of the fields drop from the specified font size to what appears to be 1 or 2 point type, barely identifiable as

I have a small unlabeled and invisible Enhanced Speed Button consistently located on many of my forms that runs code to toggle DEBUG On and Off.  It only appears if you mouse over it and is is password protected. Throughout EEPs where necessary (lots of places :), I have DEBUG SET TRACE ON.
