I am using the function CHKFILE to see if a file exists. If it does, I want to
rename it before creating a new file by the same name. I am running into
problems on our network if the file is open by another user.
Is there a method to check if a file is OPEN?

I have two questions:
1. Is there a way to get a count of updated records? I have a SQL UPDATE
statement and would like to display a message with the count of updates. Right
