Thanks for the response. Making the form as you suggested will work for most
areas.
The one area I would not know quite how to address would be attaching files
within the created form.
I have no experience with this and would not know where to begin.
Could you point me in a direction,
If you are going to create a "preview" form, I would display the name of the
file somewhere in a control. Put a double-click eep or a button off to the
side that would capture the name of the file and do a simple "launch" command.

This form may very well be the ticket for certain areas where the user needs
more options.
I have about 30 areas in the application (at last count) where I use the email
from within my RBASE application.
