both of their locations are near ASU. I suspect you'll be closer to
Glendale, (an hour from Tempe?). Casa Grande is probably an hour,

Those are, or rather were, black. Lots of sunny touring miles and
years of commuting faded them to that, so you've got to *earn* a tan
set. (They actually look more gray than tan in real life.) It always
shocks people when I show them the inside, which hasn't faded. Makes

I think option A sounds great! If there are some more Quickbeams/SS bikes,
I'd prefer to bring mine. Friend Rob can be talked into his (I think).
Esteban, you going to roll on the QB? Riding a QB with a bunch of geared
bikes is not the most fun in the world for me... :-)

Need some clarification. Are the Ergopower shifters set up for double or
triple front derailleur operation? I replied back to the list in case
someone else might be interested in this information as well.

Campy ergo shifters handle both double and triple without
modification, just normal adjustment.

Hi Folks, just clearing out some stuff. Email me off-list for photos
of stuff you're interested in.
Sugino XD2 crankset w/crown logo. 170mm, 48x36x26. Very good
condition, normal scuffs/wear from pedals and pedaling, tons of life
in the chainrings (I'm anal about keeping my drivetrains clean).
Ok, I responded on the flicker group as well. To the SS guys and any
who may be timid about the length/pace of the ride. Not sure about
anyone else, but I'm no cyclotourist at this point... you don't have
to worry about getting dropped! :) It sounds like this is going to be
more a social thing
Looks like a great deal for you Redwoods out there.

It's a way off, but, as I just learned, my wife is probably going to
drag me to the Vista/Oceanside area in mid-March. Despite the fine
scenery and weather, previous trips there have been miserable for me,
since I'm not into golf or power shopping, and I don't really have a
way to get around on
Jim, if this works out, it might be nice to have a socal get together every
couple of months... might just have to have one in your honor! I bet
you'll find someone to ride with, and definitely bring your SS Atlantis on
