As an aside to what modern bike Jobst might ride, here are some photos of

That sounds like an awesome bike! I've been thinking that if I could get
Roadeo tubing on a frame like the Roadini with long chain stays and cant or
center pull studs that would be a perfect bike for me. All the other
options sound great too.
I look forward to seeing it built up.

I own a Roadini that I bought from the other Joe who replied in the thread.
I wouldn't consider my Roadini heavy, for what it is. I've certainly built
lighter bikes for customers including an S-Works Utralight Tarmac, which
tipped the scale just under 13lbs. I ride a 54 Roadini at 5'11" but
I can easily fit 38 Shikoros without deflating. I had Jack

I have a Specialized Sequoia with 1x11 but my Roadini is 2x11.
My Roadini has a gear inch spread of 29.1" to 114" on 700/32 with a 46/30 &
11/28.
