the pedals and the soles of my shoes were bathed in mud.
I suspect the reason for my good luck with this is the shoes. I
ususally cycle in Keen Newport sandles, with waterproof socks if it's

perfect. I used to have aluminum ones, but i prefer the plastic because
they can bumped a little more and still hold their shape better. As for
