I would not say all RBW models are versatile, but the AHH certainly is. I do love my AHH, but in a few (recurring) occasions, I found it too versatile. It always follows the same pattern: Me: I *need* a new bike to do 'insert activity here'. Wife: I would think your AHH could handle it, right?

I think that it's the bike industry driving the purpose specific train, not the consumer. But it's always hard to guess which came 1st, the egg or the chicken. I have a number of versatile bikes, but when I explain each to my wife's question of,why so many?, each has a specific purpose.
