Seems like some questions exist. Sold by Mountain Sports Ltd. of Bristol, VA, 113 miles from the poster. The saddle would suggest that it never even had a good day's ride yet, it's adjustment would imply that the seller isn't the original buyer. Same general city (Knoxville) as a Sam also

When someone is selling a like new or brand new bike like this I personally always want to have at least some back story. The frame has a paint scheme from 3 years ago, as best I can tell, the gold decals on green, so maybe it was at the store that long or maybe its been languishing in a basement
