I've been delighted with the Civia Bryant stem. I run it on two bikes.
SOMA has the Shotwell, which looks like the identical thing. SOMA also
stocks the lugged Nitto threadless stem. SOMA is Merry Sales so your LBS
can get those for you.

And if you want a trusted name, the Nitto is about the only choice for
what you want. I'm defining trusted as made in house by someone with a
good reputation. All of the VO, IRD, Dimension etc. etc. , are made by a
third party to their specs. this does not necessarily mean anything though,
broadened a bit more, Ben's cycle carries 8 models of Nitto threadless
stems
