The Rambouillet (The successor to the Long Low, I would call this a brevet
bike) is not intended for much front weight, ergo it lacks fork rack
mounts, but handles a rear rack with light to moderate weight okay. The

well, thank you for the quick responses, I think the double top tube of the
hilborne is a little too stout for me, the 58cm hilsen might be more my taste,
still very curious how the rambouillet might do with panniers...anyway I always
keep my
