Oh well, 0 for 2 on green ones in the field having mini-rack eyelets. So I'm probably wrong in thinking that they were stock in the last batch. However, I do remember someone posting a photo of a new one that was made in the late green period, and it had Hilsenish lugs and mini-rack eyelets.

Oops, hit send too soon. If I were looking, like you are ,I'd go for one the early orange ones if I had the choice. Not that the green ones are inferior, but I believe (could be mistaken) that the earliest ones had a tad more tire clearance. So much so that some of the new at the time Shimano
