Currently not really. At least that I am aware of. There has been a fair
amount of chatter about this in the 650B Google Group over the last year
and i know a number of people had contacted Clement about a 650B version
and gotten responses requesting more info on their bike and how it was set
up.
Although - Soma has something in the works that might just fill this need.

If I were building something ground up and wanted a wheel size smaller
than 622, I'd favor the 584 (650B) rim size. I'm pretty comfy on the
Hilsen/Quickbeam when trail rambling, but at about 40 mm of tire, it
changes things a bit - hard to articulate, but I'm feeling like there's
more weight
$500-$750 is about what they're going for on Craigslist in N. CA. I
wouldn't expect any premium for STI..most RB riders prefer bar-ends, and
21-year-old first-generation brifters are probably gonna be a little
finicky about shifting.

I have one that is in somewhat rough shape because the leather straps got
yanked out by the rivet after catching in my spokes. The bag is otherwise
in decent shape, though there is some wear on the waxed finish. I asked
Grant about getting it repaired and he said it could be sent to the mfgr.
