I completely see the logic behind selling the Hunq and picking up a faster
road bike. I went a similar route with my Hillborne and Roadeo.

I got back yesterday from Sierra to the Sea, a 586 mile supported bike tour
from Lake Tahoe to San Francisco.

interlopers (non-Riv steel bikes). They all played well together. I

Anne - I think the route along the water is very scenic (especially for
someone who spent the first 33 years of his life landlocked). SF to
tiburon/paradise loop is the first ride I did when I moved to california a
few years ago and still one of my favorites for a nice casual ride

should do it. I rode from Point Reyes Station to SF yesterday, seeing
dozens of riders along the bike path north of Sausalito. I continue not to

Very good used condition with some minor scuffs on the bottom and back leather
panel where it makes contact with the rack. Barely used. One of the nylon
D-ring fasteners for the shoulder strap failed. Happy to post a picture. If you
are handy with a needle and thread, this is easily fixable.
No. I sold the platrack on this list about a year ago.
However, I did just receive my new Clem rack and installed it today ...so far
so good .
It' doesn't seen to weigh the rear down much, and I haven't ridden with
panniers in a long time and that's feeling good for the summer.

Just curious, what size are your Cerfs? I have 700x28s on my Riv Roadeo
and am very happy with them. But, I have been running 75lbs front and 85lbs
rear. I am lighter and wonder if I could ride with a little less pressure.

hiker/biker sites and camp...no reservations needed. Someone please

I've been wondering lately, what percentage of my bike needs to originate
at Rivendell to qualify as a real RBW Owner? Obviously, a frame will do the
