Yep! I understand that EBDJ emphasizes fat, so in my scramble I leave all
the burger fat in the pan (definitely). Also, I often pour olive oil on the
dish just before I serve it. And sometimes I add a chunk of butter or ghee
to the pan before I add the onions. So I'm trying! :)
Fat calories add up quick. Are you sure you are counting them all in your
calculations? (I don't do calculations, just eating to hunger, so I have no
idea what it takes short of OCD level measuring to get any generally
accurate idea).

TAP plastics often has leftover cutoffs that they sell for cheap. Look for
the cutoff bin where they'll probably have a variety of materials, shapes

This style goes back a long way. In 1976 I bought a Raleigh Super Tourer
DL135. It was essentially their Competition, reduced to 5 speed with North
Road bars. Otherwise... had everything the Comp had: 531 DB frame with side
tack seat stays, chromed fork blades and chain stays, TA crank, Huret
Crazier long shot, but I'm looking to trade mine for a 68 Bombadil...

on firm dirt and packed gravel. I imagine the Paselas would feel pretty
