It can be made very concentrated so a small amount can be used to make a larger
amount.

I use a vintage hand crank Zassenhaus.
I’ve used it daily for close to 15 years and it was probably 30 years old when
I bought it.
For comparison I also have an Olympia burr grinder which is a scaled down
commercial quality grinder.
I can give a dozen reasons to choose a manual grinder.
Just a thought———-check your spam folders regularly.

held up the bottles till I found something close.
I glue a tiny piece of fine sandpaper to the eraser end of a pencil to feather

I had the original mustache bars on a commuter with barend shifters.
I really liked that combo for riding in traffic. Braking was super strong and
quickly accessible and shifting required almost no loss of attentiveness.

Chicharrones are what inspired commercially produced pork rinds.
The carniceria up the street makes them two ways, one is similar to pork rinds,
the other has more skin and meat. Those are better for simmering with your
beans or dicing up and sprinkling on top.

I had a front tire blow out coming down Mt. Diablo back in the late 70s.
I was coming around the bend in between Turtle Rock Ranch and Diablo Ranch when

They leave oily residue where they have been. Shine a black light on it and see

Some key things to consider when working with any animal to perform any task.
The animal is never wrong.
Set up the environment so the only possible outcome is for the animal to be
successful
If the dog isn’t ready to stay in the basket, the worst thing you can do is
force the issue.
Another way to check is to remove the tire, turn it inside out and fold it back
on itself. Oftentimes there is a little discoloration in the casing where the
thorn/wire/shard etc...is.
Having the tire folded back on itself often raises the tip of the offending
bits.

I wear ankle high moccasins for at least 90% of my working, walking, hiking and
daily footwear.
On a several hour hike in Big Sur, on super steep trails, the two girls I was
with were wearing flip flops.
Just watch out for poison oak, rattlesnakes and anything big
Chains are consumables and wear out as fast or faster than tires.
I buy at least 5-10 at a time. I started doing this when sedisport chains were
$5 a pop.
Adjusted for inflation, decent chains are still pretty reasonable and they are
a fraction of the cost of chainrings and cogs.

I bent a derailer hanger years ago. The guy that built the frame straightened
it.
He used a torch to heat it before bending.
He said since the dropout was forged, it might crack if you tried setting it
cold.

I have a 55cm Cheviot that takes 650B wheels
What are some of the larger tires that fit well?
I haven't purchased brakes yet but am leaning towards side pulls.
Will something as large as the Compass switchback hills tires fit?
I read the Riv brochure and it says 45mm
One other thing to consider, is there a possibility you will share this bike
with anyone or have guests who could use it?
Since step through frames offer a lot of flexibility in sizing you may add that

For those who asked; I think equipment is far less important than buying good
quality beans.
Coffee is a food crop. Environmental factors, processing and handling all play
a huge part in how good the beans are.
Personal preference is also important, if you like something, that is all that
