In an effort to reduce waste and increase reusability, I've been
transitioning the bikes in my stable to aluminum fish bone link housing
I haven't checked in a year or so, but the last few SON hubs I purchased
were all from European mail order sites (SJS/Bike24/Condor/Berthoud/etc)
and were significantly cheaper as a result of favorable exchange rates and
no VAT, despite the shipping cost.

I've a Rene Herse UD-1 rack listed if anyone searching for an adjustable
and lightweight rack with a 10 kg (22 lb) weight rating is interested.
It’s very nicely built and high quality w/adjustable struts that can fit
the same mounts as a 32f.

The 22AWG wire offered by Velo Lumino, currently out of stock, is the best
solution I've found for threading dynamo wiring through tight spaces such
as fork legs:

In addition to mounting it properly, I would remove and submerge it in some
silica gel/rice/etc to try and draw out as much moisture as possible.
To my mind, continuing to use it w/internal moisture increases the odds of
a short and/or more significant damage.

The line of logic, as I understand it, is according to Paul, the
'Neo-Retro' brakes are more powerful, yet pose heel clearance issues when
used in the rear, so are most often relegated to the front where the bulk
of stopping power is needed while their 'Touring' cantis fit better in the
rear.
It's not so hard to strip a black T610 hub to the bare shell, remove the
anodizing w/Easy Off HD oven cleaner, wet sand it with 400>800>1500 grit
paper, polish it with some Simichrome on a buffing wheel, before rebuilding
it with fresh grease.
