3rd vote for ISC surface protection/helicopter tape. I got the 2" wide
roll but 1" would probably catch most everything. I usually put a wrap
under the front derailleur clamp, some at the head tube where cables rub,
etc. And yeah, it always comes off cleanly.

If your area is SF then I'll second West Coast Powdercoating. AJ is the
man, very helpful and easy to work with. I had a SOMA frame painted there
in 2020: $175 with clear coat (but I had already stripped the frame).
$200+ is probably right these days. He paints frames for Fitz, Sycip and

here's another thread discussing the T.A. drop pin and a couple good pics.
I'd guess the spacer is used to lengthen the set-up if there's a larger gap
involved, between chainring and crankarm.
Having the screw head on the inside is apparently correct but seems
undesirable - why didn't they

Lots of great pics and colors. I didn't see a Silver one yet so will add
this one. * It's not mine but I wish it was (and if the owner ever wants
to pass it on lemme know). I recall a JP Weigle build with similar paint.
Fine silver - elegance.

Hey Christian,
I might be interested in your 62cm Rambouillet. I realize the 64cm I have
is too large and have been looking for 62. If the 60cm in Portland is
still available maybe there's a way to resolve things.
Also, I think you had a couple responses for Albatross bars, but if you're
