[RBW] FS : Nitto Big Front Rack
Hi all, switching things around up for sale is an older Nitto Big Front Rack, this is without the triangulation and without the extra mounting holes at the bottom. [RBW] FS: Nitto Big Front Rack and hardware (also short Technomic)
I was looking for an trade on this but I'll just put this up to see if anyone is interested. Out of stock on the Riv site. This is as new, maybe a couple very small scratches but nothing noticeable. Installed and ridden with bags 4 times. Too much rack for the build I'm looking for. This one will hold a basket! (I guess I don't know that for sure but give me a break, it's a super strong and beautiful rack). Included are the long screws and spacers to fit at the bottom, and P-clams and screws for the fork blades. I also purchased the extra hardware ($38) to direct mount it but I couldn't figure out how to get that to work on the MITlantis, I thought I had it figured and I cut the struts, so you'll get the short struts and the other hardware. $185 shipped in the lower 48. I will ship it in the original box with shipping material from Riv. I should also mention that I have a short Technomic (5cm/25.4) As new, installed once. $30 shipped in lower 48. Includes two rubber padded Nitto band P-clamps but no other mounting hardware. Paul Thumbies, $50 Handlebar mount to convert barcons to thumb shifters. Road model, designed to fit 26.0 bars but can be shimmed for 25.4. Matte black finish. Installed and used, in good condition. Just the mounts. No shifters included. Nitto Technomic stem - $35 25.4 clamp size, 9cm (from center of stem bolt to center of clamp), installed but lightly used and in good condition. Nitto Technomic stem - $35 (from center of stem bolt to center of clamp), 26.0 clamp, 10cm, installed but lightly used and in good condition. Shimano Ultegra Bottom Bracket BB6500 sealed cartridge - $35 70/Italian, 36 x 24T, 109.5 width. New in box, uninstalled, no instructions. This is the splined, octalink model. Park Torque Wrench TW-2 - $30 3/8” drive, 0-600 inch pounds, New in box, never used, with instructions. Soma Fabrications Handlebar Bag - $20 Basic small handlebar bag. No longer seems to be made by Soma. Approx. 8.5”W x 4.5”D x 6.5”H. Clear plastic map pocket on top. Mounts with a proprietary plastic mount, included. Pletscher Rat Trap style Rear Rack - $20 Original silver rat-trap style rack found on many bikes in the 70s and 80s. Aluminum rack with spring loaded clamp. Includes seat stay mounting plates but no other mounting screws. Installed and used, but in good condition. This is an old original model. Not the nicer looking black one Riv sells now. Nashbar Double Crankset - $20 39/53 cogs, 170mm cranks, matte silver chainrings, polished silver cranks, new-in-box, uninstalled. You get what you pay for here.
