For what it's worth, my Gunnar with the HAR installed, still fit on my
car's roof rack this morning, using a QR style mount on the fork tips.
Most lowrider racks prevent you from putting your bike on that type of
roof-rack mount.

For sure the HAR will connect to the lower eyelets. It just won't be
level, most likely. Not being level won't cause any problem besides
looking tilted.
