Jon,

Great setting, great cook set and I love that toaster so brilliant! You're 
making me need up my game the menu is spot on especially on a crisp fall 
morn and the New Mexican Pinion coffee just sounds delicious.

Egg recipe:
Calls for it to be made in muffin tin ..I used 3" rings so I could put it 
on a muffin.Substituded chopped bacon for the ground pork..add what you 
like & make it your own recipe.
Cooked a head of time and cooled, wrapped in plastic wrap. It held up well 
during the trip.Reheated  with a slice of cheese.
