Tony, I've not done a taste test of our organic cotton bandana material my wife sews the filters from, but they sure work great. Or, yes, just use a bandana and don't mess with sewing it into the cone shape (but a bandana is a lot bigger than the Helix needs, or a full sized drip cone for that

I struggle with this too. Cleaning it trailside has not worked well. Now I just bring it home. I shake out the grounds best I can, then fold it up and seal in the container I use to carry my coffee. Once home I clean everything proper. This works fine for an out and back, but not for multiple c

Glad it arrived quick for you! The aeropress works fine if you use the base/funnel and is very sturdy. I too prefer a pourover while on the bike. I've been using a collapsable silicone jobbie, but want to get a helix. I MUCH prefer the shape and insulation too. Stainless should be far tougher
