I'm a Kansas Citian and the humidity there is regularly in the 60s and 70s. I worked in Connecticut for 3 years. Lower humidity, bad winters. Also Louisville, KY. Even hotter and more humid than KC. I came to Casa Grande, AZ (between Phoenix and Tucson) for work in April and found the dry heat.
