They can only drill new rims. These are NOS Australian rims, built years ago. Laing On Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 4:37:31 PM UTC-4 Patrick Moore wrote: > This just in: In another thread on the iboblist, someone called Velocity > and confirmed that Velocity is willing to drill 36 holes in their

They would indeed! and not just because of the color scheme. I'm thinking of Leah's new riding buddies...eyes agog when she first rocked that racing Platypus Those rims make a statement allright. They'd look nice on her blue Clem as wellbut not sure how long they'd last with rim brakes.

This just in: In another thread on the iboblist, someone called Velocity and confirmed that Velocity is willing to drill 36 holes in their A23 rim. The context was 559/26" rims, but I daresay if they'll do it for one rim they'll do it for another. Can't vouch for eyeballs. On Tue, Jun 21, 2022 at

I'm guessing you were joking, but those painted rims would probably be a poor choice for a rim brake bike; intended for disc. really I've often wondered about the possibility of a 32 hole rim with 36 hole hub; figured it could be done, but I've always been able to adapt or come up with an

But are they faster? Or do they actually slow you down, what with looking around as you ride? I mean, it's scientifically proven that orange frames are fastest*; has anyone done statistical analysis of which rim finishes are fastest? There's no other plausible explanation for the near-total

Love this - Thank you. I have a lot of hubs sitting around, all 36 hole and Retrogression has some beautiful NOS Australian Velocity Deep-V rims (like those on my Trek District) 700C, 32 hole only and I didn't want to buy new hubs in order to use them. I want to put the Yellow rims on my
