Proposals for new designators may be made through the American Library Association's representative to the Joint Steering Committee [for U.S. libraries]. The Program for Cooperative Cataloging is asking its members to submit proposals for new designators to the chair of the PCC Standing Commit

Fortunately, it's not a closed list. At the beginning of 18.5.1.3, RDA says: "Record one or more appropriate terms from the list in appendix I (...) to indicate the nature of the relationship more specifically than is indicated by the defined scope of the relationship element itself." But RD

In our rough draft of an ETD template in RDA, we have a note field that's important to us, 538 Available online via OhioLINK's ETD Center And a 710 2 OhioLINK Electronic Theses and Dissertations Center. We'd like to use a relationship designator after the 710, but don't see one in Appendix I.2
