What was the result of road-testing the legibility of title lists using the
capitalization of the agency (if that is still allowed in RDA)?
I imagine it would have included (1) titles using AACR2 capitalisation (as
there will still be a lot of those), (2) titles using ALL CAPS, (3) Titles

I hate to throw cold water on this excitement. However, libraries that do
accept RDA records (copy cataloging) or test RDA cataloging by creating
some RDA original records do completely ignore all RDA revolutionary
fields and codes in their online catalogs. They do retain these fields for

I just followed an interesting exchange on this very topic on AUTOCAT and it
appears RDA actually _does_ have a rule of three, at least in regards to
statement of responsibility: 2.4.1.5 proper says _nothing_ about omitting
