create the rdkit extension in a chembl_28 db.

I have installed anaconda3 on Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS, and have installed
the rdkit-postgresql95
conda environment.
When trying to install the cartridge on a new db, I get the message -
ERROR: could not open extension control file "/home/drew/anaconda3/envs/

getting rdkit 2017.09.1 rather than 2018.03.2
Current conda install:

conda version : 4.3.23
conda is private : False
conda-env version : 4.3.23

u sure that you are installing 64bit version? This

on macOS Mohave 10.14.4.

There is no specific "RDKit SDF Writer" node in Knime. Not to worry - the
Knime "SDF Writer" node is all you need.
You may need to convert from Knime molecule to RDKit molecule types (and
