I just had to deal with this problem. I bought 1000V wire and 1000V
SolarBos fused combiners with disconnects from AEESolar.
BUt I found the SolarBos to be huge and have sourced compact fused
combiners with disconnects from the UK. They are not UL listed but I don't
care.

You can find 1000 V rated PV wire from a number of sources.
A simple google search for "UL4703 PV Wire" will yield several choices.
PV wire is approved for use in conduit but you will need to calculate the
conduit fill factors manually since the outside diameter is larger than the

I have done numerous Mountaintop telecommunication PV systems, and they use
outdoor rated cabling in cable trays extensively on their towers into their
control rooms. If it can survive the UV, snow wind and ice rime buildup
there I am sure it can handle many of the roof top locations
