As far as 2v L16s go, I've not seen good things with the Trojan L16 2 v cells.  The Rolls version looks like it is one cell though, not 3 cells paralleled internally like the infamous Trojan.  The voltages sound a bit low, can they give you SG readings? How come they haven't put those on a
