Re: [RE-wrenches] Wireless AGS for Magnum?
Ron, I have used a 12v adapter plugged into the 120 AC from the generator to the low voltage dc connection on the Magnum AGS unit to take care of the negative continuity problem. Then a wireless connection of the two wire start should work. Re: [RE-wrenches] Wireless AGS for Magnum?
Hi Ron, Wireless AGS extension can be done with wireless radio modems. Short range kit will cost about $500 US for the hardware. I've used these before. http://www.bb-elec.com/Products/Wireless-Cellular/Zlinx-Wireless-Modems-and-I-O/Zlinx-Industrial-Grade-Wireless-Radio-Modems.aspx Kevin -Original Message- From: RE-wrenches [mailto:re-wrenches-boun...@lists.re-wrenches.org] On Behalf Of RM You Sent: September-22-16 5:31 PM To: RE-wrenches Subject: [RE-wrenches] Wireless AGS for Magnum? Re: [RE-wrenches] Wireless AGS for Magnum?
Hi Ron, Is this a 2 wire start? Is it an AGS-N or AGS-S? Tough to do if it's non-networked. If it is networked you can use the AGS to drive the coil of a wireless relay.
