Hi Folks,
I'm just sitting here catching up on some email messages. I am
thinking about my menu for the holiday weekend.
Since I go to church on Sunday, and that takes up much of my day, I
usually cook on Saturday--if I can.
So, I think I am going to have macaroni salad, some meat--hot dogs,
Hi Sherry,
Your menu sounds yummy. Love mint so the mint instead of chocolate
chips sounds great. Haven't had blueberry iced tea. Mike would like
it more than I would though. We are going to attempt making deviled
eggs for the first time one day this weekend. May do ribs in the
crockpot,
Good stuff! Have fun.

That sounds like an interesting holiday menu. Mint chips? Can you get that

Lora,
When I read your message about eating the peanut butter chips, I
laughed. I can definitely relate. Sometimes, in despiration, I eat
the semisweet chips. You know chocolate is chocolate--chips, kisses,
candy bars ... it all works when you need chocolate.
The brownies or cookies with the mint chips sound good. So does the rest of
it. Where do you get the mint chips? Can you find them at walmart?

Hi Becky,
Not sure if you can get them at WalMart--I would venture probably,
though. Seems that one can get virtually everything else there.
I actually found them at a small local supermarket.
