To copy a project from one RedDot CMS Server to another, you first
need to export the project out from the originating server - and
import it to your destination server.
One of the options you can select when exporting/importing projects,

Hi Markus,
I tried the option suggested by you for two type of users
1. The active user (It works fine)
2. The original author (It shows me unknown).
What do you think can be the reason for this.
Note: I have used this option(using an info element) in the template
