Actually I'm concerned about having the HighPoint 370/372 RAID drivers in

you can then write to the partition.
If this fixes the problem try editing the fstab line to read something
like "/dev/hda3 /mnt/win32vfat rw " or may be adjust the end
to be "defaults,rw" not sure on that one.
