Our ten meters is down as the riggers are working on the tower. Taking one
down and installing a new one. (Going from 400' to 525') but it is south of
Philly south of Chester PA. We do get into down town Manhatten (NY) from two
of our repeaters. South MT. and The Lake. if
Our local system sends 3 seconds,must be valid for one full second...you
want some delay to prevent falsing.

You can buy in-line RF fuse holders; maybe the mod was using a chassis-mount
RF fuse holder? I have one that is a regular (not chassis mount) BNC male
to BNC female; I think it says Anritsu on it but was probably OEM'ed by

It really is not all that good.
About 20 to 30 miles as a rule and when the skip comes up much less. smile
Way to many repeaters on to few pairs. It would be nice if every on would PL
there 10 meter repeater but %^*(*^ guys just won't.

You are right! I belive we should have a web site and we did
have at one time but the 12 year old who buit and ran it became 20 years old
found out about girls and we have not heard from him in a few years. I keep all
the repeaters up and running and that is all I want to do smile.

I have heard the same crap on two meters about PL!
Funny Comm-Spec makes decoder for any radio out there. The folks here all
have to have pl on the receivers soon. Maybe one one year left.
It helps alot.
