I recently bartered for a Cushman CE-4000. Everything worked fine except the O Scope is very dim. I was curious, and found that the tube in my 301 scope plug in was the same tube. I swapped the tubes and now nothing at all. How do I test the voltages on this thing. ALSO: I have seen a number
