I pulled out an ARR P432VDG GaAsFET preamp today, it's no longer working.
Anyone want it? I've standardized on Angle Linear; this ARR is one of the
few I still have in service and I have no interest in getting it repaired..
If you
Jeff,
I'll take just the preamp. I will call and get the RMA tomorrow.
Thanks!

I assume you want the preamp (and not the Micor stuff). Let me know if you
want to call ARR and get an RMA so I can ship it to them directly - email me
the RMA# once you

Eric,
Eproms are only good for so long.. One or more is starting to lose it's
stored/burned bits. I have not had this happen to an ACC controller but
other older eprom devices. The last item had a Eprom about ten years old
in it when it started to go crazy...
Hope this helps!

In my MSF5000 manual I show the IPA for a C74CXB7106 (435-475) to be a
TLE2232A =-O
On the TLE2232 I show the final transistor is Q462 MOT # 48-84411L05
NPN-type M1105..
Hybrid is TLE5332A (435-475)..
You might check Motorola On-Line (MOL) and see if the final is
available... ;-)
