If you are putting up a digipeater.why would you interface it with a
repeater? They are totally separate services..
Are you trying to send the aprs audio over the repeater for some reason?

I'm not trying to DECODE any packet data. just convert the Peet WX data to
packets for the radio to transmit. However, that is NOT what I'm asking, as
the APRS portion of the project is out of my hands.

capable of packaging and shipping OUT its position data. It's not capable
of decoding position data from other "trackers" like itself. The Tinytrak
4 will have TNC-like modem abilities but it's still in development/beta
