Hey All, I found this on Ebay, with no bids and buy it now price of $249.00, located in Lorton, Virginia, suburban Washington, DC
United States /Washington It would be a good deal for someone who lived where they
Actually the bid is at $99. As far as the conversion, that is questionable. it receives on VHF and transmits on UHF. That is not a setup we would use in ham radio. Go to www.repeaterbuilder.com and see what it says there on the conversions. I think there is a link to Micors. Maybe someone with

Kevin - you are correct that the 162-174 receiver LO chain is the same as the
2 meter range, but changing out helical resonators is a lot of work.
Basically, you need a small torch to do it right. Then, getting the CORRECT
replacements or modifying the originals is not simple.
right now I am lock out
did you have to do a cold boot on the controller to reset it?
I have been doing this remotely
thanks

Bruce,
I am installing a WX-1000 weather receiver in a bare bones MICOR 2m
repeater at this time. A separate controller is not needed, since the
WX-1000 has the appropriate inputs and outputs to interface directly
with the repeater. Visit http://www.catauto.com/wx1000.html to learn
