Dwayne, you are right... The cable length Mst be 1/4 electrical wave length to come out right just like the ones on your exesisting duplexer. This is shorter than the calculated wavelength in free space because the RF propegates slower in coax than free space. You have to determine the velocity

Not necessarily answering your question, but RG400 is the same cable with a stranded center conductor rather than one solid center conductor. It flexes easier. Same size and construction. I've seen it for $1/ft but deals can be found once in a while (100 ft for $60 on eBay was a good buy). Bob M.
