Does anyone have any info on a TPL PA3-1FE power amplifier. I have one
that I need to put on our local amateur radio repeater but it needs to
be tuned down to our repeater frequency. I am looking for the tuning
procedure on how to tune this unit.

I have the TOT in all my radios set at 30 seconds and building a 2
meter rptr that will be no more than 120 seconds, no reason in my
mind to talk more than 2 minutes without releasing the PTT.

You can send the preamp back to ARR for about 35.00 they will rebuild
and tune to freq. Having over -137dbm for the squelch i would not
complain a bit.
