This is a *Peoplesoft Time and Labor Functional *role, Candidates need to
have very strong time and labor module experience working in the public
sector (*University, Healthcare, County, and Government etc.)*



*Tasks and Responsibilities:*



   - Assist with functional designs of modifications and interfaces to the
   time and labor module.
   - Create functional designs and review technical designs for time and
   labor rules.
   - Configure the PSFT Time and Labor (TL) module and unit test.
   - Troubleshoot module configuration and modifications and interfaces
   based upon testing activities.
   - Write user procedures and training materials for the time and labor
   module.
   - Define role and responsibility changes needed to factor into the
   security design for the time and labor module.



*Knowledge and Skills:*



   - At least 3 years PSFT experience.
   - At least 3 years of HCM implementation experiences working with Time
   and Labor module.
   - Working knowledge of other HCM Modules including Benefits (BN), HR,
   Absence Management (AM), Time and Labor (TL), Payroll (PY), Commitment
   Accounting (CA).
   - Deep experience with Time and Labor SQL rules.
   - Some experience with Component Interface (Excel to CI too) would be
   welcome.
   - Higher Ed, Healthcare, or public sector experience would be preferred.
   - Experience with multi-site (multiple business units) implementation.
   - Implementation experience with large organization (50,000 plus
   employees).

   - HCM Modules ((BN), HR, Absence Management (AM), Time and Labor (TL),
   Payroll (PY), Commitment Accounting (CA)

and work closely with the HR Xpress team to provide data integrity guidance to

The person in this role with work closely with developers and other database
development team members to create new features and support enhancements to
feeds, components/views, and reporting systems for Next Generation Private
Equity using Microsoft SQL Server.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Work with developers and product owners to define requirements, perform
analysis and design, and implement robust, maintainable solutions that meet
the business requirements. Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and
physical database models. Provide routine database administration support
including backups, recovery, security, and replication for the development
and quality assurance environments.  Create technical specifications and
support documentation.  Create SSIS packages to load and process data.
Develop and enhance stored procedures. Design and create reports using
Reporting Services and Analysis Services.  Design and develop maintenance

Qualification:
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science, or other related field is a MUST.

Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience  associated
number of years of experience:
8+ years database development and administration using Microsoft SQL Server
is required.
Experience with Microsoft Integration Services including writing robust data
ingests, is
required.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (OLAP needed)
including designing and maintaining cubes is
required.

In depth T-SQL knowledge is required, including advanced tuning skills.
Experience with data modeling and use of data modeling tools, such as ERWin
or PowerDesigner, is required.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services is required.

Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), Necessary
