because contributor is busy with personal things and he will not be able
to work on it for several next months, we have agreement to put CR
5084440 on suspend list for now. In future we can return to it again.

Jon is the sponsor for this case, my guess is that it needs to be moved
to suspended list but I'd need to have Jon to confirm that.
