During the ZFS Beta program, when switching from swapping to a slice to
swapping to a zvol, I ran across the annoying fact that the zvol wasn't
added automatically during boot. I've filed
6405330 swap on zvol isn't added during boot
for this, and provided a full analysis and fix in the process.
