You do not need to edit any files. There is a
resteasy-jboss-modulesXXX.zip in the distribution, just unzip it in the
appropriate directory.

Hi

As per your comment i was going to update the jar files in jboss 7 but in that case i need to edit module.xml for all jar files which become very painful at this time.

Is there any maven project to complete this task, as i got URL which is doing very similar : http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.java.resteasy.user/200

But
there are not any attached file please send me that file or explain me how can I update jar files in jboss 7 quickly.

Thanks

2013-06-21 Thread Bill Burke
Yup, thats the problem, AS7 internally creates a hidden resteasy
servlet, but this servlet is not loaded on startup. You'll have to
bootstrap Resteasy manually.

Alternatively, you can upgrade to Resteasy 3.0. The server cache has
been refactored into a JAX-RS 2.0 Feature and can be configured and
deployed through your Application class. It also uses Infinispan
instead of the deprecated and old JBossCache.

As per Jboss-7 , there are no need to define resteasy configuration in web.xml
so I did not define resteasy servlet but resteasy caching was not working in
that.Resteasy caching configuration only defined as (because there was not any
jar in jboss module for resteasy-cache) :

resteasy.server.cache.maxsize
1000

resteasy.server.cache.eviction.wakeup.interval
5000

org.jboss.resteasy.plugins.cache.server.ServletServerCache
