Emails have the wrong URL in them?

Is there anyway to change the URL that gets sent out for accessing my site? Initially I thought my setup domain was wrong, but I reinstalled and still getting the wrong url! I tried changing it in the settings section under Server but no matter what I put in there, it won't take it. Am I

Can I see the configuration for your web server for this site? Also, if you could go into the admin UI - Database - Site Configuration and send me the contents of that configuration text. This can be sent privately. The server field should work, but perhaps there was a regression. I'll look into
