I get A server error occurred with the same details. There is *no* error text in the details view. See the screenshot. I bet for the original problem it is the same. No idea how to trace that. I enabled debugging and all I got in the log file is 2012-01-26 14:40:40,033 - DEBUG - Logging to /var/www/review/logs/reviewboard.log with a minimum level of DEBUG So at least logging is enabled. You can try to reproduce it locally by using the back tick ` character inside the review description during post-review.
