We got another problem. when we using RBTools 0.62 , the review request
could be generated, while the diff file could not be uploaded to RB 2.0.6.

I am having a similar problem after upgrading to 2.0.6. I do see an error

I think a lot of the performance issues you're seeing are probably due to
using fastcgi. Can you switch to a wsgi-based deployment?
