The 1.7 release does not support file attachment revisions. This feature is in
the 2.5.x branch and will be released when 2.5 comes out.
If you delete the file, the reviews will still be visible. The old version of
the file will still be visible in the change description’s deleted

Power Pack).
Say my reviews add their comments and issues, and I have an updated file.
Do I need to upload the file using the same name or a different name?
