I had the same issue on my Ubuntu 14-04 bix, and I finally found at that
the wrong mod_wsgi package has been installed (libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3

So I'm pretty confused by this, but in the meantime, here's a workaround to
get you up and running. Edit /var/www/reviews/htdocs/reviewboard.wsgi and
remove
