The repository path should be pointing to the root of the repository
(probably /svn), rather than a subdirectory (/svn/trunk), but if you
already have a bunch of review requests in there, you probably have to keep

I often want to prepare my top level review summary while still having
a chance to look at the diff.
When I use the top level review summary input box, it takes the whole
screen and I can't see any of the diff.
It would make sense to allow to make this window resizeable and
