The error that I have in logs is the following:

I tried to upgrade to beta version just to check it out because on 2.5.12 I
cannot make the review bot working.
The upgrade was done like this
pip2.7 install \
--trusted-host downloads.reviewboard.org \
-f http://downloads.reviewboard.org/releases/Djblets/0.10/ \
-f
